Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Site Supervisor in PA to oversee the delivery of security services on a specific shift. You will coordinate with site supervisors, account managers, and security officers to ensure quality service and adherence to contract standards.

The role requires a high school diploma, 21+ years old, strong communication skills, and the ability to work outdoors; prior security experience is preferred. Competitive benefits and orientation are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional manner.
• Must be able to prepare written reports and logs in neat handwriting.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Driving positions require valid driver's license with driving experience and clean record.
• Background check and drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Intermediate computer skills to utilize wireless technology at client sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
• Enforce contract standards and site safety procedures.
• Prepare and interpret scheduling and billing reports as needed.
