Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Site Supervisor in Fallsington, PA to oversee on-site security operations, coordinate staffing, manage training, and ensure compliance with contract requirements. This role involves monitoring CCTV, directing a team of officers, and liaising with the on-site manager to maintain a safe environment for people and assets.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass any required state training or licensing.
• Must pass state licensing tests if driving a company or client vehicle.
• Minimum supervisory experience in security (1 year) or higher education.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site security operations, staffing, scheduling and training for Allied Universal personnel.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime at a minimal level as designated by AUS.
• Regularly inspect personnel performance to ensure contract compliance.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and security post orders.
• Recommend personnel actions for subordinates and respond to client requests.
• Provide emergency notifications and direct subordinates in duty execution.
• Offer disciplinary decisions and cost-reduction recommendations.
• Collaborate on physical security surveys and post orders.
