Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking an Experienced Site Supervisor for Marion, IL. The role supervises Security Officers and Lead Officers, ensures post orders are followed, and maintains client-site security standards. Must have 2+ years security and 2+ years supervisory experience.

The position offers full-time hours, a wage of $18.50 per hour, and requires commuting to Marion with a valid driver’s license and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or willingness to complete GED within six months.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
• Above average computer/technology skills.
• Must be able to work independently and remain calm during stressful situations.
• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record; transportation required.

Responsibilities

• supervise Security Officers and Lead Officers at client sites; ensure post orders are followed and rounds completed.
• coach and discipline personnel; document coaching and disciplinary actions.
• train Security Officers and review post orders with subordinates.
• ensure adequate coverage of all posts and positions in coordination with management.
• prepare, file, and submit required reports.
• inspect posts and outline tasks for subordinates.
• meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met.
• may perform duties of a Security Officer as needed.
