Job summary

Allied Universal in Wichita, KS is seeking an experienced Security Site Supervisor to lead a team of security professionals on site. The role reports to the local security leadership and focuses on daily operations, training, scheduling, and ensuring contractual standards are met.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of security leadership experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to pass required licenses.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• One or more of: military service, auxiliary police, supervisory experience in security, or higher education degree.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all security functions on-site, including staffing, scheduling and on-site training for personnel.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum as designated by AUS.
• Inspect security personnel and performance to ensure service quality and contract compliance.
• Assist in payroll, incident reports, security surveys and post orders.
• Make recommendations for personnel actions and disciplinary measures.
