Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an experienced Security Site Supervisor in Kansas to lead our on-site security team. You will oversee staffing, scheduling, and training, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and safety standards, while coordinating with clients to meet their security needs.

The role requires at least one year of supervisory security experience, a valid driver’s license, and a high school diploma or higher. This is a full-time on-site position with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Minimum 1 year verifiable supervisory security experience.
• Pass state-required training or licensing as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security operations on-site, including staffing, scheduling and training.
• Ensure training and screening elements meet contract requirements.
• Maintain overtime at a minimal or designated level by AUS.
• Inspect personnel performance and contract compliance for shifts.
• Support payroll, incident reports and security surveys.
• Recommend personnel actions and respond to client requests.
