Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site security operations, staffing, scheduling, and training for Allied Universal personnel.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Minimize overtime per AUS requirements and maintain cost control.
• Monitor quality of service and contract compliance through regular inspections of personnel.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and security surveys per site Post Orders.
• Provide direction to subordinates and manage disciplinary or commendation decisions.
• Respond promptly to client requests and communicate effectively with the site team.
