Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee the professional operation, administration, profitability, and quality assurance of security services for a client site. The role includes managing staffing, training, and compliance, with hourly pay of $34.90 and on-site Denver location.

Responsibilities include payroll support, incident report reviews, and post-order preparations while ensuring client satisfaction and contract adherence. This position is full-time and based in Denver.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass state-required training/licensing where applicable.
• Must pass a state licensing test if driving a company vehicle.
• Minimum 1 year verifiable supervisory experience in security.
• Associate's degree or higher in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the security function on-site (staffing, scheduling, on-site training).
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum or designated level.
• Inspect security personnel and their performance to ensure quality of service and contract compliance.
• Perform payroll, incident reports review, and security surveys as needed.
• Make recommendations for personnel actions for subordinates.
