Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass any state-required training or licensing for licensing.
• Must pass a state licensing test if driving a company or client vehicle.
• Minimum 1 year verifiable supervisory experience in security.
• Associate's degree or higher in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site security operations, including staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for personnel.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are completed.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum or designated by AUS.
• Inspect security personnel and performance to ensure service quality and contract compliance.
• Assist in payroll, incident reports, and security surveys or post orders.
