Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Site Supervisor in Olive Branch, Mississippi. The role oversees the professional operation, administration, and quality assurance of uniformed services for a client’s site, at a pay of $18.00 per hour.

A valid driver’s license is required and 2+ years of security and supervisory experience are needed. The position is full-time with excellent benefits, opportunities for career progression, and a focus on contract compliance and client satisfaction at the site

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass state-required training or licensing.
• Must be able to pass state licensing test if driving company or client vehicle.
• Supervisory experience in security is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site security operations, staffing, scheduling and training.
• Ensure training and screening elements for personnel are met.
• Maintain overtime within required limits.
• Monitor quality of service and contract compliance through inspections.
• Assist in payroll, incident reviews and post orders.
• Provide direction to subordinates and handle disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate emergency notifications and client requests.
