Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Experience supervising security staff preferred.

Responsibilities

• Functions as a supervisor of Security Officers and leads post operations.
• Ensure post orders are followed, rounds completed, and reports filed.
• Coaches and disciplines personnel; meets with employees as needed.
• Trains Officers and reviews assignments with subordinates.
• Ensures adequate coverage of all posts and positions.
• Prepares and submits reports; meets with client representatives as needed.
• May perform duties of a Security Officer per post orders.
