Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Site Supervisor for Jefferson City, MO. This full-time role oversees security staff, ensures compliance with post orders, and maintains safe premises for clients.

The site requires strong leadership, reliability, and the ability to coordinate multiple guard posts. Responsibilities include coaching staff, training officers, ensuring post coverage, and timely reporting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other personnel at client sites.
• Ensure post orders are followed, rounds completed, and reports filed; escalate emergencies.
• Coach and discipline personnel as needed; meet with employees for coaching.
• Train Officers and review assignment details with subordinates.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts and positions.
• Prepare and submit required reports.
• Inspect posts and outline tasks for subordinates.
• Meet with client representatives to discuss security requirements.

Primary Location: Jefferson City, MO

Wage: $19.50/HR

1st & 2nd Shift

TheSite Supervisor helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order whileenforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect:

• Functions as a supervisor of Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other company personnel assigned to one or more posts at client site(s); acts to ensure that all post orders are followed, that established rounds are completed, and that required reports are filed; notifies proper authorities and client in emergency situations.
• Coaches and disciplines personnel as appropriate; seeks advice from company management or designated representatives as appropriate; meets personally with employees and documents coaching and disciplinary actions.
• Trains Security Officers and other company personnel; reviews post orders and other details of assignments with subordinates.
• In conjunction with company management or designated representatives ensures adequate coverage of all posts and positions.
• Prepares, files, and submits various reports as required.
• Inspects posts as scheduled and meets with subordinates to outline tasks and responsibilities.
• Meets with client representatives as scheduled or as needed to provide assurance that all security requirements are being met and to provide quality customer service.
• May perform the duties of a Security Officer in accord with post orders and company policy.

Basic Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Supervisor experience required.
• Security experience preferred.
• Loss prevention experience preferred.
• Must be comfortable working in a guard shack.
