Allied Universal is hiring a Site Manager to oversee day-to-day security operations at an assigned client site in Minneapolis. You will lead a team of security officers and supervisors, including hiring, training, coaching and payroll management, to ensure high-quality services and strong client relationships.

The role emphasizes meeting financial and operational goals, maintaining schedules and payroll accuracy, coordinating support services, and providing after-hours emergency response.

Qualifications

• Four year degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration or related field
• Previous Contract Security, facilities management, military or law enforcement experience
• At least 2 years of business management/operations/supervisory experience
• Ability to develop and grow customer relationships
• Experience in hiring, developing, motivating and retaining quality staff
• Outstanding interpersonal and communications skills required
• Team-oriented management environment with ability to work independently
• Manage multiple priorities and diverse client requirements
• Entrepreneurial attitude in a team environment
• Key competencies: Staff Management, Financial Management, Integrity, Problem Solving, Time Management

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day to day security operations of an assigned client site
• Manage a team of security officers and supervisors including hiring and payroll
• Ensure the client site is provided with high quality security services
• Build and maintain relationships with client and staff
• Coordinate support services to meet financial and operational goals
• Ensure all required reporting and contract compliance are met
• Communicate issues or program with Client and handle escalated security situations
• Develop staff through performance management and training
• Maintain personnel records and policy communications
• Meet contractual hours with minimal unbilled overtime
• Coordinate site-specific training and meet corporate training standards
• Manage uniforms, equipment, inventories and vehicles
• Proactively communicate client needs and ensure customer satisfaction
• Licensing requirements may apply
• Utilize WinTeam for scheduling and billing and produce reports
• Enforce company policies as outlined in handbooks
