Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Site Supervisor to manage the professional operation, administration, profitability, and quality assurance of on-site security for a client’s site.

You will oversee staffing, scheduling, training, and ensure contract compliance, while maintaining cost controls and quality through regular inspections and performance reviews. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass State-required training or other licensing qualifications.
• Must pass state licensing test if driving company or client vehicle.
• Associate's degree or higher in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee that all on-site security functions are performed diligently (staffing, scheduling, training).
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel are met.
• Minimize overtime per AUS guidelines and monitor cost efficiency.
• Inspect security personnel performance to assure quality of service and contract compliance.
• Assist in payroll, incident reports, security surveys, and post orders as needed.
• Provide direction to subordinates and decide on disciplinary actions or commendations.
