Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of security services on a specific shift.
• Serve as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Coach, recognize, and discipline staff within approved guidelines.
• Maintain documentation and logs as required.
• Respond to and manage crisis situations at the client site.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and professional conduct on shift.
