Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Professional Security Shift Supervisor in Birmingham, AL. The role supervises quality services on a shift, coordinates with site staff and account management, and provides coaching and discipline within policy.

The position requires 2 years of security experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to stand and walk for long periods, and a 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Monday–Friday schedule with weekly pay at $14.11.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise security officers on shift and coordinate services.
• Serve as liaison between site supervisor and Account/Field Operations Manager.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved guidelines.
