Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Unarmed Shift Sergeant to supervise a team on the Montgomery, Alabama site. You will coordinate service delivery, liaise with site supervisors and account management, and provide coaching and discipline as needed.

This is a part-time role requiring a valid license and a clean driving record. The position offers weekend/weekday shifts, a stable schedule, and opportunities for career growth within a leading security services company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old and high school diploma or equivalent (or 5 years verifiable experience).
• Must demonstrate clear written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare reports/logs neatly and legibly.
• Must understand operating procedures/instructions.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR and driving history.
• Background check and drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Intermediate computer skills to use client-site wireless technology.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on assigned shift and provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
• Coordinate delivery of quality services on shift and act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
