Job Description

Allied Universal Security is seeking a full-time temporary Security Shift Supervisor at a major automaker site in Dearborn, MI.

Candidates must successfully complete Level 2 Training, such as Confined Space Rescue, Incipient Fire Fighting, Hazardous Materials Training, etc.

• The position starts at $23.84/hour.
• The schedule is Sunday to Thursday, 9 PM to 5 AM.
• Weekly pay and daily pay options are available.
• Security and supervisory experience are preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license for more than one year.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and effectively.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, with environments that may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Subject to a background check and drug screening as per law.
• Licensing requirements vary by state and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions.
