Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Certified security officer by the state of Virginia.
• 1+ year in a customer-service related field.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Flexibility to work after hours and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Complete hourly patrols of the property using the security system.
• Control access for guests, tenants and vendors.
• Enforce the no dogs on plaza policy and manage ban notices.
• Report safety issues and manage traffic; assist events as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of plaza kiosks and overall property.
