Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor in Missouri to supervise and coordinate security services on a designated shift. You will liaise with the site supervisor, Account Manager, and officers, providing coaching and discipline within set guidelines while ensuring quality service.

The role requires a security background, strong communication, and the ability to handle crises calmly.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication; professional interaction with all levels.
• Ability to prepare reports and logs in neat handwriting.
• Read and understand operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
• Ensure safety and customer service standards are met on shift.
