Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other personnel at client sites; ensure post orders are followed and rounds completed.
• Coaches and disciplines personnel; documents coaching and disciplinary actions.
• Trains security personnel; reviews post orders and assignment details.
• Assist in payroll and personnel information submission.
• Ensure adequate coverage of posts and positions.
• Prepare, file and submit various reports.
• Inspect posts and outline tasks for subordinates.
• Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and provide quality customer service.
• May perform supervisory duties including interviewing, orienting and training staff, planning and directing work, and evaluating performance.
