Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long periods, walk long distances, conduct foot patrols, and have excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Security Officers, Lead Officers, and others assigned to posts; ensure post orders are followed and rounds completed; file required reports.
• Coach and discipline personnel as needed; meet with employees; document actions.
• Train Security Officers; review post orders and assignment details with subordinates.
• Assist in payroll and personnel information submission.
• Coordinate with management to ensure adequate coverage of posts and positions.
• Prepare and submit various reports; inspect posts and outline tasks with subordinates.
• Meet client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and provide quality service.
• Perform supervisory duties: interview, orient, train, plan, assign, direct, coach, and possibly hire/terminate.
• May perform duties of a Security Officer as assigned.
