Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and other personnel assigned to one or more client posts; ensure post orders are followed, rounds completed and reports filed
• Coach and discipline personnel; meet with employees and document actions
• Train Security Officers and review post orders and assignments with subordinates
• Assist in payroll and personnel information submission as designated
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts and positions in conjunction with management
• Prepare, file, and submit reports; inspect posts and outline tasks for subordinates
• Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and provide quality service
• Perform supervisory duties such as interviewing, orienting and training employees, planning and directing work, coaching and appraising performance
