Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and Lead Officers at client sites.
• Ensure post orders are followed and rounds completed; file reports.
• Coach and discipline personnel; document actions and outcomes.
• Train staff; review assignments with subordinates.
• Assist in payroll and personnel submissions as required.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts and positions.
• Prepare and submit various reports; conduct post inspections.
• Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met.
