Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 2+ years of related security experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers and staff at one or more posts; ensure post orders are followed and reports filed.
• Coaches and disciplines personnel; documents actions.
• Trains Officers and reviews assignments.
• Assist in payroll and personnel submissions.
• Ensure adequate coverage of posts and positions.
• Prepare, file and submit reports.
• Inspect posts and outline tasks for subordinates.
• Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and provide quality service.
• Perform supervisory duties including interviewing, training, scheduling, directing work, and hiring/termination recommendations.
• May perform duties of a Security Officer as needed.
