Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of security supervisory experience.
• Must have DCJS certification and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to de-escalate conflicts and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Functions as a supervisor of Security Officers and other personnel; ensures post orders are followed, rounds completed, and reports filed.
• Coaches and disciplines personnel; conducts coaching and disciplinary actions with management guidance.
• Trains Officers; reviews assignments and post orders with subordinates.
• Assists in payroll and personnel information submissions.
• Ensures adequate coverage of all posts; prepares and files required reports.
• Meets with clients; provides quality customer service and compliance with policies.
