Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor in Saint Paul, MN. You will manage and coordinate security officers on a specific shift, ensuring quality service for the client. The role requires supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to handle crisis situations calmly.

A valid driver's license with one year of driving history is required. Pay rate is $27.00 per hour, paid weekly, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and life

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to prepare written reports and logs.
• Must be able to read and understand operating procedures.
• Driving positions require valid driver's license and clean record.
• Background check and drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Intermediate computer skills for wireless technology at client sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality security services on a specific shift at an assigned customer.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range.
