Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor in Bloomington, MN to oversee the delivery of quality security services on a designated shift. You will supervise staff, coach, and coordinate with the site supervisor, Account Manager, and Field Operations Manager.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 2 years of security experience, supervisory or management experience, and the ability to stand and walk for long periods.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of security experience.
• Supervisory or management experience required.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on the assigned shift and provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Prepare written reports and logs and maintain operational procedures.
