Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor in Carlisle, PA. You will supervise a security team, coordinate services on a fixed shift, and act as a bridge between client site staff and management.

You will lead briefings, respond to incidents, monitor systems, and oversee reporting and training to ensure high-quality security. This role requires strong communication skills and a professional demeanor to protect people and property.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication with ability to interact professionally with all levels of personnel and the public.
• Ability to prepare clear reports and logs; read and understand operating procedures.
• Background check and drug/alcohol testing may be required; driving record checks may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of security services on a specific shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within policy.
• Manage security personnel; assign tasks, monitor performance.
• Conduct briefs, respond to incidents, monitor CCTV and conduct patrols.
• Ensure post orders are followed and necessary reports filed.
• Train security staff and maintain daily incident records.
