Job summary

Allied Universal in Lehi, UT is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee security services on a specific shift and coordinate with site leadership. You will supervise officers, provide coaching, and ensure delivery of quality, customer-focused protection for the client.

Candidates must be 18+, have a high school diploma or 5 years verifiable experience, and possess strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills; professional with all levels of personnel and public.
• Must prepare written reports/logs in neat handwriting.
• Must read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Driving positions require valid Driver’s License with clean record and driving requirements.
• Background check and post-offer drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Intermediate computer skills to use wireless technology at client sites.
• Ability to handle crises calmly and efficiently at client sites.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• S to supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
