• Coach and discipline personnel; meet with employees and document actions.
• Train security staff; review assignments with subordinates.
• Assist in payroll submissions and payroll-related information.
• Ensure adequate coverage of posts and positions in coordination with management.
• Prepare and submit various reports; inspect posts and outline tasks.
