Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Security Supervisor in Kentucky to oversee Officers and Lead Officers on client-site teams. You will ensure adherence to post orders, complete rounds, and file reports, while maintaining high safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and Lead Officers at client sites to ensure post orders, rounds, and reports are followed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; document coaching and disciplinary actions.
• Train Officers and review post orders and assignment details with team.
• Assist in payroll and personnel submissions as designated.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts and positions.
• Prepare and submit required reports and inspect posts.
• Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met.
