Job summary

Circa Las Vegas is seeking an Assistant Shift Supervisor in Security to maintain guest safety and service standards across the property. You will support the Security team, supervise daily tasks, and help resolve incidents with professionalism.

The role requires English fluency, the ability to multitask, and adherence to Gaming Control Board regulations. A high school diploma or GED is required plus completion of the property academy.

• Ability to read and speak English and communicate with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding guest service while maintaining safety throughout the property.
• Assist Supervisor with day-to-day activities; train, plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance.
• Maintain professional departmental conduct and compliance with policies.
• Observe and report unusual or suspicious behavior; escalate emergencies as needed.
• Complete shift administration: incident reports, logs, statistics, and documentation.
