Job Description
Allied Universal Security is Seeking a Full Time Security Shift Supervisor. The site is a major automaker in Dearborn, MI.
Candidates must successfully complete Level 2 training, such as Confined Space Rescue, Incipient Fire Fighting, Hazardous Materials Training, etc.

• The position starts at $23.84/hour.
• The schedule is Saturday-Sunday 6am-2pm, Monday 2pm-10pm, Tuesday-Wednesday 10pm-6am.
• Weekly pay and daily pay options available.
• Security and supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license for more than one year.

The Security Shift Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer. The supervisor acts as a liaison between site supervisor, account manager/field operations manager, and security officers. Responsibilities include supervising staff, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and effectively.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, with working environments that may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Subject to background investigation and drug screening as per law.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions.
