Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor for a Downtown LA client site. You will supervise and coordinate delivery of security services on a specific shift, acting as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager, and security officers.

You will coach staff, provide recognition and discipline within policy, and ensure high standards of safety, customer service, and incident response on site. Must have dependable communication and reliable availability.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs clearly and legibly.
• Read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Possess a valid driver's license with clean driving record for driving roles.
• Pass background and drug/alcohol screening as required.
• Able to handle both common and crisis situations calmly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of quality services on a specific shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager, and officers.
• Coach, recognize, and discipline staff within empowerment guidelines.
