Responsibilities include:

• Supervising Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other personnel at client sites; ensuring post orders are followed, rounds completed, and reports filed; notifying authorities and clients in emergencies.
• Coaching, disciplining, and meeting with personnel; documenting actions.
• Training security staff and reviewing assignment details.
• Assisting with payroll and personnel submissions.
• Ensuring adequate coverage of posts.
• Preparing and submitting reports.
• Inspecting posts and outlining responsibilities.
• Meeting with client representatives to ensure security standards and customer satisfaction.
• Performing supervisory duties such as interviewing, training, performance appraisal, and disciplinary actions, in accordance with policies and laws.
• Potentially performing Security Officer duties as per post orders.

Qualifications: High School Diploma or G.E.D., 2 years related experience, retail experience preferred.

Skills and competencies: Security licenses, knowledge of security operations, supervisory skills, ability to motivate, familiarity with security devices, quick learner, team player, professional demeanor, organizational skills, customer service orientation, interpersonal skills.

Working conditions: Ability to handle physical and mental demands, maintain composure, work overtime, handle multiple tasks, and operate equipment. May involve outdoor work, exposure to weather, and handling confidential information.
