Position: Security Shift Supervisor

Pay Rate: $23.70/hour

Requirements: Must have at least 2 years of supervisory experience, and be available to work evenings and overnights.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate quality security services during assigned shifts at designated client sites.
  • Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and security officers.
  • Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline to staff within authorized parameters.
Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prepare clear written reports and logs.
  • Ability to read and understand operating procedures.
  • Valid Driver’s License with at least one year of driving experience for driving positions, a clean driving record, and the ability to operate a vehicle safely.
  • Successful completion of background checks and drug/alcohol testing.
  • Intermediate computer skills for using wireless technology.
  • Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
  • Physical ability to work in various environments, lift up to 40 pounds, climb stairs or ladders, and stand or walk for long periods.
