Job Description

Pay Rate: $23.70 per hour

Qualifications: Must have previous supervisor experience (2+ years). Available to work evenings and overnights.

Allied Universal Services is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor.

The Security Shift Supervisor will oversee and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer location. They will act as a liaison between the site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and security officers. Responsibilities include supervising staff, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within authorized limits.

Qualifications/Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills; ability to handle all personnel levels and the public professionally
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs neatly and legibly
• Ability to read and understand operational procedures
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws and may be required prior to employment
• For driving positions: valid driver’s license, clean driving record, minimum insurance coverage, and ability to operate a vehicle safely
• Successful completion of background check and drug/alcohol testing; driver record check if applicable
• Intermediate computer skills for using wireless technology at client sites
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Physical ability to work in various environments, lift up to 40 pounds, climb stairs or ladders, and stand or walk for long periods
