Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a security supervisor to lead a team of officers at client sites, ensuring compliance with post orders, proper reporting, and timely premises protection.

You will coach staff, conduct training, coordinate payroll inputs, and liaise with client representatives to meet security requirements while maintaining high levels of customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, plus 2 years related experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail preferred.
• Must hold and meet requirements for any applicable state, county and municipal license for Security Officers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and assigned personnel across posts; ensure post orders are followed, rounds completed, and reports filed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; document coaching and disciplinary actions.
• Train Officers; review post orders with subordinates.
