Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related experience; security industry experience preferred.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience in security operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other personnel on client sites; ensure post orders are followed and rounds completed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; conduct meetings and document actions.
• Train Officers; review assignments and post orders with team.
• Assist in payroll and personnel information submission as designated.
• Ensure adequate coverage across all posts; communicate with client representatives.
