Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and Lead Officers at client sites; ensure post orders are followed and rounds completed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; document coaching and disciplinary actions.
• Train Security Officers; review post orders and assignments with subordinates.
• Assist in payroll and personnel information submission.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts and positions.
• Prepare, file, and submit reports as required.
• Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met.
