Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven leadership experience in security operations or related field.
• Associate degree or higher in a relevant field preferred.
• First Aid, CPR, and Security Awareness certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead security crew: supervise, train, mentor, and inspire your team.
• Ensure floor safety and compliance for guests and staff.
• Execute daily security strategies and enforce SOPs and post orders.
• Manage emergencies with calm, decisive leadership and reporting.
• Investigate incidents, document evidence, and write clear reports.
• Represent the property in safety hearings and maintain regulatory readiness.
• Forecast shift needs, schedule effectively, and help manage the budget.
• Deliver guest-focused hospitality while enforcing rules and policies.
• Maintain attendance during nights, weekends and holidays.
