Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to lead security staff on the assigned shift and ensure delivery of quality services at a client site. The role involves coordinating with site supervision and account management, plus providing coaching and timely discipline as needed.

The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle crises while maintaining excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs neatly.
• Must read and understand operating procedures.
• Valid driver’s license with driving experience and clean record.
• Background check and drug/alcohol test required.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Ability to handle crisis situations and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of security services on the assigned shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
