Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age; must meet state and local requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prepare reports and logs neatly and legibly
• Ability to read and understand operating procedures and instructions
• Background check and drug/alcohol testing may be required
• Valid Driver’s License and safe driving record for driving positions
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and effectively
• Display exceptional customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate security services on a specific shift
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range
• Ensure delivery of quality services on site
