Zusammenfassung

SCIS is seeking a Security Supervisor to provide lead direction to Security Officers and Shift Lead Officers at assigned client site(s). You will perform Security Officer duties, conduct rounds, inspect protection devices, and enforce site regulations to ensure safety.

Responsibilities include counseling staff, assisting in training, and coordinating with management and client representatives to guarantee adequate security coverage and quality customer service at the site.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of security-related training/experience or equivalent.
• Must undergo background checks, licensing requirements, and safety/compliance procedures.

Aufgaben

• Lead and direct Security Officers and Shift Lead Officers at client sites.
• Perform duties of Security Officer and monitor for safety and security incidents.
• Conduct periodic rounds, inspect protection devices, and file detailed reports.
• Enforce site regulations and directives for personnel, visitors, and premises.
• Provide counseling and coaching, and participate in training and onboarding of staff.
• Coordinate with management and client representatives to ensure adequate security coverage.
