Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional Guest service while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Supervise daily security team activities and assign work.
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures and compliance.
• Conduct identification checks on individuals.
• Review incident logs and reports.
• Publish and maintain reports and procedure manuals.
• Oversee patrols, entry control, and crowd management.
• Dispel tense situations using verbal de-escalation skills.
• Communicate emergency procedures to team and Guests.
• Train team members on security procedures and safety.
• Direct Team Members in security functions and operations.
