Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate dispatch and surveillance equipment.
• Coordinate response to calls and emergency situations.
• Track departmental duty assignments and break times.
• Monitor entrances and surrounding property to protect assets.
• Enter accurate information into a computer-aided dispatching system.
• Conduct video review investigations with surveillance and complete investigative documentation.
• Report daily activities to Supervisors and/or Security Manager.
• Utilize radio communication systems and departmental codes/call-signs.
• Notify appropriately during emergencies or as directed.
• Other duties as assigned.
