Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Shift Lead - GSOC Monitor in Tempe, AZ. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence, deter incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service.

The role is full-time with a daytime schedule and pay rate of $25.50 per hour. You will report observations and respond to security needs with professionalism, joining a team that values integrity and people-first service.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Age requirements: 18+ (unarmed) or 21+ (armed).
• Background checks and drug screening may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a financial institution per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random foot or vehicle patrols of the facility and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor/contractor/employee authorization.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations following emergency protocols.
• Prepare accurate reports and communicate observations to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
