Qualifications

• 4+ years designing and developing large-scale software in multiple languages.
• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development.
• 2+ years in threat modeling, secure coding, identity management or related security areas.
• Experience mentoring or leading an engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered security tools and automation end to end; contribute to vision and delivery at scale.
• Drive cross-team execution, decompose complex problems into actionable plans.
• Champion AI-assisted SDLC practices and measure impact on security and velocity.
• Set security requirements, influence roadmap priorities with data-driven insight.
• Establish development best practices and review processes for the team.
• Mentor engineers through pairing, design reviews, and coaching.
• Own security of services; lead on-call rotations and systemic improvements.
• Prototype security solutions rapidly and iterate with customer feedback.
