Qualifications

• 4+ years of designing and developing large-scale software using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of threat modeling, secure coding, identity management, or related security experience.
• Experience mentoring, tech lead or leading an engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered security tools and automation end to end.
• Drive cross-team technical leadership across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Champion AI-assisted secure SDLC practices and adopt agentic coding.
• Security and technical direction, translating customer security needs into technical requirements and roadmaps.
• Mentor and grow engineers, lead on-call rotations and drive systemic improvements.
• Prototype security solutions rapidly and iterate with customers.
