Job summary

Titan Security is hiring a Scheduling Manager to oversee day‑to‑day security operations and optimize workforce efficiency. You will supervise schedules to minimize overtime, build strong client and staff relationships, and report operational matters to senior leadership.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of supervisory experience in security or customer service, with English fluency and a willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and 2 years supervisory experience in security or customer service.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass pre‑employment drug screen and background check.
• Fluent English; bilingual considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain and review schedules to minimize overtime within WinTeam.
• Build, improve and maintain effective relationships with clients and employees.
• Report operational matters to Vice President of Operations and senior management.
• Coordinate support services to meet financial and operational goals and provide quality customer service.
• Handle escalated security issues or emergencies appropriately.
• Record data such as call-offs, tardies, emergencies, and equipment malfunctions.
